Disclaimer – Statement of Repudiation in Purview of Business

VoyageTripPlanner, otherwise known as VTP, or Voyage Trip Planner and having the online presence as www.voyagetripplanner.com, is not a supplier or the travel DMC. We are an IATA certified Travel Company managing and running online travel brands. We state the following disclaimers as underneath:

A) Voyage Trip Planner does not have any direct or indirect connections with the travel suppliers. We provide services offered by the key suppliers through our online travel brands, acting as aggregators or the consolidators;

B) We are not responsible/accountable for the Holiday Packages/ Flight Itineraries/Supernumerary Travel Services booked through our online travel brands. The deliverance of Holiday Packages/ Flight Itineraries/Supernumerary Travel Services is the sole ownership of respective suppliers;

C) Customers/Passengers/Travelers who book Any/All of travel services through VTP’s online travel brands will not hold them responsible should:

• 1) Customers/Passengers/Travelers experience delays or denials in Travel Services offered by the respective suppliers;
• 2) Exhibit the non-compliance to the protocols or the Law of the Land;
• 3) Enact any negligence or cause ignorance that may otherwise lead to harm/injury/damage/obliteration or delay in the Travel Services.

D) VoyageTripPlanner, or VTP or shall not hold the accountability or responsibility in case Customers/Passengers/Travelers experience any kind of obliteration, liabilities or injuries, or any inconveniences thereof, which are not in our direct/indirect control. Such circumstances are not under our direct/indirect control whatsoever.

E) VoyageTripPlanner, or VTP are not competent to issue travel advisories relatable to hazards to health and/or safety besides the risks associated or directed to disease, crime, terrorism and warfare. These advisories will be issued directly by the supplier(s) in respect of convenient and safe traveling and holidaying activities. It is advisable to refer to the U.S. Department of State (travel.state.gov) for all travel related advisories thereof.

F) Traveler/Passenger/Customer shall owe the responsibility for the information provided to VTP with regard to booking. Any information if found incorrect or false may lead to cancelation and refunds may not be initiated. Voyage Trip Planner does not owe any accountability or responsibility for such cancelations. Furthermore, forfeiture of travel arrangements may also happen in extreme situations. If any alterations or changes have to be made in hotel reservations, cruise bookings or flight bookings, the Traveler/Passenger/Customer will have to make the payments of additional monies including the cancellation fee.

G) The Traveler/Passenger/Customer while booking the itinerary should make use of major credit card while booking the flight or travel itinerary, or booking the holiday packages. All norms of Transportation Security Administration (TSA) should be followed while booking the flight through our online brands.

H) Voyage Trip Planner does not owe any accountability or responsibility for arranging travel visa to and from any country. In all such scenarios, Traveler/Passenger/Customer should get in touch with legit authorities, who will be resourceful guidance.

Coverage of Emergencies

It is deliberately understood and notified that the Customers/Passengers/Travelers, if they inherent the risks by any means, either out of sheer Supplier’s Bankruptcy, or Personal Emergency, or Medical Emergency, or risks arising out of Socio/Political Upheaval, will come under the purview of 3rd Party Travel Insurance provider. Voyage Trip Planner will not hold the accountability for Coverage/Non-coverage of such emergencies.

Nota Bene:

• i) Non-U.S. passport holders should reach out to embassies of their destination and/or transit countries for securing the entrance requirements. For obtaining information with respect to medical emergencies visit the CDC’s Web site at www.cdc.gov. Voyage Trip Planner as well as any of its online travel brands will not hold the accountability for such medical emergencies.
• ii) There may be variations in the fees, fuel surcharges, taxes, fluctuations in foreign exchange markets, which may affect the prices of bookings or holiday packages. Voyage Trip Planner will not hold the accountability for such variations or alterations in the booking arising out of fees, fuel surcharges, taxes, fluctuations in foreign exchange markets.
